About Us

History

A few years ago, while working in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Dr. Scott Andersen had an idea of a brand new state-of-the-art veterinary facility in the surrounding area. He envisioned a hospital with equipment that was on the cutting edge of veterinary medicine which could provide most, if not all, of the services possible for your animals. A hospital that could provide all of the latest advances in veterinary preventative medicine and with that new technology also provide the supplies and inventory as well.

Finally, on April 8, 2002, the doors of the Waugh Chapel Animal Hospital opened and with it came the areas best provider for quality veterinary care.
